Introduction
The International Students Club (ISC) aims to foster a supportive and welcoming environment for all international students, promoting cultural exchange and encouraging collaboration within the group. To ensure the achievement of these objectives, adherence to the following regulations is required:
1. General Conduct
1.1All members are expected to demonstrate mutual respect, regardless of race, religion, nationality, or cultural background.
1.2Any actions or behaviors that may cause discomfort or harm to others, whether verbal, physical, or electronic, are strictly prohibited.
1.3Members are prohibited from spreading rumors or publishing any content that could harm the reputation of the ISC or its members in any manner.
1.4Confidentiality must be maintained regarding all personal and professional information related to the ISC and its members.
2. Responsibilities and Obligations of the Administrative Members
2.1Administrative members are expected to execute the tasks assigned to them with accuracy and adhere to the set deadlines.
2.2Attendance at mandatory meetings is required, and any inability to attend must be communicated to the leadership in advance.
2.3Administrative members must refrain from any actions that disrupt the workflow or create an uncomfortable environment for their colleagues.
3. Respecting Boundaries
3.1Personal and professional boundaries between members must be respected.
3.2Any breach of boundaries or inappropriate behavior will result in disciplinary action.
4. Maintaining a Positive Environment
4.1All members must contribute to maintaining a positive and supportive environment within the ISC.
4.2Any actions or behaviors that negatively impact the unity or harmony of the group are prohibited.
4.3Feedback and complaints must be submitted formally to the administration or the supervisor for proper handling.
4.4Exploiting the affiliation to ISC for personal or external gain or engaging in activities that harm ISC’s reputation or its members is strictly prohibited.
5. Privacy and Confidentiality
5.1All discussions, information, and activities conducted within ISC meetings are considered confidential.
5.2No member is permitted to record or publish any content related to the ISC's activities or its members without prior written approval from the President or Vice President.
6. Disciplinary Actions
6.1A progressive warning system will be implemented as follows:
- First Warning: An oral warning documented in the ISC's records.
- Second Warning: A written warning outlining the nature of the violation.
- Third Warning: Termination of membership in the ISC.
- Fourth Warning: Referral of the case to the University Administration for further action.
6.2Serious violations that significantly disrupt the ISC’s environment or undermine its principles may result in immediate escalation to the fourth warning without progression through prior stages.
7. Preserving the ISC's Reputation
7.1Members must refrain from any actions or statements that may harm ISC's reputation or expose it to legal or administrative accountability.
7.2Members must represent ISC positively within and beyond the University.
8. Activities and Events
8.1Members are required to comply with all rules and regulations pertaining to activities organized by ISC.
8.2Resources of ISC may not be used for personal purposes without prior approval.
8.3Any new ideas or activities must be approved by the administration before implementation.
9. Reporting Issues
9.1Members are encouraged to report any unacceptable behavior directly to the administration or the supervisor.
9.2All complaints will be handled with complete confidentiality and investigated thoroughly to ensure fairness.
10. Implementation Mechanisms
10.1By joining ISC, every member is considered to have automatically agreed to the provisions outlined in these guidelines.
10.2Continued participation in ISC's activities is deemed implicit acknowledgment of compliance with these regulations.
10.3Any inquiries or clarifications regarding the provisions of these guidelines must be discussed with ISC's administration to ensure transparency.
11. Compliance with University Laws
11.1All activities and members of ISC are subject to the general laws and regulations established by the University.
11.2Any violation of University laws by members of ISC will also constitute a violation of these regulations and will be addressed accordingly.
12. Amendments and Additions
12.1ISC reserves the right to amend or add new provisions to these guidelines to ensure a better functioning environment.
12.2All members will be formally notified in writing of any changes to these regulations.
