Beyond
Borders
The International Students Club (ISC) is a student club at the University of Technology and Applied Sciences (UTAS) in Muscat. We bring together students from many countries and cultures.
Who we are
Our members come from across the world. They share one campus, one university, and one goal: to make the most of their time here and leave UTAS Muscat stronger than they found it.

Our charter
Beyond Borders is our promise to the people we work with. ISC makes these commitments to our students, our campus, and every partner who works with us.
For our students
- A home for every student
- Every international student has a place in ISC, whatever their country, language, or program.
- Growth that counts
- We share opportunities, build connections, and create chances to learn new skills, so members grow academically and professionally.
- Cultures side by side
- We celebrate the many cultures on our campus and design events that welcome everyone.
For our campus
- A reliable partner
- We plan ahead, follow the guidelines, and show up when it matters.
- A good ambassador
- We represent UTAS Muscat with pride and professionalism wherever we go.
- A constructive voice
- When students have ideas or concerns, we raise them respectfully, with practical suggestions attached.
For our partners and community
- Open and accountable
- We explain our decisions, share our results, and keep our word.
- Service beyond ourselves
- We look for ways to serve the communities around us and leave every place better than we found it.
